  • Mustang Christmas Spirit Day is tomorrow- Bring $2 to wear a tacky Christmas sweater or Spirit wear.

  • Any girl grades 9-12 interested in playing softball can sign up on the google form located on the website. Go to athletics–>Spring Sports–>Softball.
  • The Mustang Band is having a live-streamed Christmas Concert on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:30. Check the CAC facebook page to watch!

  • Athletic results: Basketball– JH boys and Varsity girls beat Mayflower on Friday night. Congrats to the following outstanding players: Sam Maddox- Five 3-pt. shots and 16 points and Bethany Dillard- 29 points and game-winning shot. Swim– Tori Johnston- 1st place- 200 Freestyle 1st place- 100 Backstroke. Wrestling– Aven Burton- 1st      Hannah Burton- 2nd, Chloe Minkner- 2nd      Hannah Keim- 3rd, Austin Edwards- 2nd        *The girls team placed 2nd overall

  • Congrats to the following students for being selected for the All-Region Choir: Hannah Cranford, Shelby Cowley, Josie Chapman and Caleb Cowley. Additionally, Hannah Cranford, Shelby Cowley, and Caleb Cowley placed in the top 20 in their section, qualifying them for All-State auditions in the Spring.

Nov. 9-11

  • 9-12 boys interested in playing soccer this year need to fill out the Google Form in their Bible classes.
  • Feeding the Multitude will continue through Friday. It’s not too late to get some friends together and pick up a box!
  • Wrestling sign up: 6th-12th Grades — To sign up for the Wrestling team, go to the Wrestling page on the website and fill out the form. Practice starts today! 3:40-5:00. If you have questions, email Coach Burton at rburton@cacmustangs.org.
  • Juniors and seniors:  Ring and Cap and Gown orders are due Wednesday, Nov. 11.

  • Athletic results: Congrats to all the runners who participated in the State Cross Country meet yesterday. Andy Landes placed 36th and Lane Baxter placed 50th…great job!
  • Athletics: Varsity football vs Stuttgart tonight. Varsity girls and boys Basketball have their first games in Lonoke tomorrow.

  • Juniors and seniors, today is the last day to turn in schedule change forms.
  • Seniors, please email Mrs. Q your senior quote by Nov.1.  She has only received 1! Go online and choose your yearbook/composite picture by Nov. 1 If you need a picture retake for any reason, you need to contact Mrs. Q ASAP!
  • 6th-11th grades: Picture retakes will be Tuesday, Nov. 3.  If you have your original picture packet, bring it with you that day.
