Thursday, May 17

  • Lights Up Auditions today & tomorrow  from 12:15-2:00pm.
  • Last day for the Scholastic Book Fair in the atrium. There are titles for summer reading for Middle School and books for 9-12th grades for literature classes and AR tests for next year. Cash, credit cards, and checks made out to CAC can be used.  Ask Mrs. Diles if you have any questions.
  • M.S will be on regular schedule tomorrow. Chapel will be at 11:15 a.m. just for middle school. H.S schedule shown below.
  • Students (male and female) interested in golf next year need to sign up on coach Q’s classroom door (115)
  • Students (male and female) interested in tennis next year need to sign up on the library door
  • All library books are due tomorrow. Please return them at your earliest convenience.
  • Boys Soccer uniforms have to be turned in tomorrow or you will be charged for the uniform.

  • 6th Period Test 10:15-11:45
  • *Students dismissed after test period with a parent note.
  • MS/HS Lunch 11:45-12:10 (Lunch will not be sold.)
  • Review/ Flex Testing Period 12:15-1:45 ACT Prep, Theatre Tech, Computer Programming, & Art, (students arrange testing day with teacher)

Friday, May 18 – Middle School

  • STEM/Enrichment Lab #1 8:00-9:30
  • Chapel 9:35-10:05
  • STEM/Enrichment Lab #2 10:15-11:45
  • MS/HS Lunch 11:45-12:10 (Lunch will not be sold.) MS students are dismissed at 11:45. Supervision will be provided until 3:30 for MS students who remain on campus.

 

Semester Test Info

  • Exemption Lists are now posted on the wall outside the office.
    • If you qualify for an exemption, you must sign up by the end of the day tomorrow.
    • You must take exams for 2 YEAR LONG classes and when you sign up, you will need to list the exams you plan to take.
    • We will finalize the list and share with teachers today.  If you feel your name should be listed but it is not, please check with your teacher for clarification. Some class grades are still being entered, so the lists are subject to change. Communicate with your teachers if you have questions or concerns.
  • Tests may not be taken early. Students who miss tests will be notified of make-up testing days following the last day of school so arrangements can be made. If you know you will be absent for a scheduled test, please sign the form on Coach Stewart’s door.
  • Students may wear regular dress code attire or Friday spirit wear attire (see handbook for guidelines) during testing days. Students not in appropriate attire will not be permitted to take their finals.
  • Lunch will not be sold on Friday or Monday.
  • After-school care will not be available on Friday or Monday.
  • The afternoon shuttle buses will run Thursday but not run Friday or Monday.

Tuesday, May 15

  • Class of 2019: Don’t forget senior pictures will be this Wednesday. Make sure you bring all necessary items to school with you and report to the band room at your appointment time. See Mrs. Q if you have questions.
