We want to thank to the Senior High Football boys for coming this morning to help open doors for our students. CAC high school football will kick-off tonight, Monday, August 30th at War Memorial at 7:30 with CAC vs. PA. Tickets are available at the gate.
Congratulations to our elementary 5th/6th grade football team. They defeated Episcopal on Saturday! Way to go, Mustangs!
No School: Students will not be in school on Monday, September 6th for Labor Day.
Policy on Approved Absences: Please be aware, students must have absences approved at least two days in advance.
Magazine Sales: Our first magazine turn in will be Wednesday. Just a reminder - Please make checks payable to CAC for magazines! For online orders, please make sure to use our school code 425003708. **Our 2nd magazine turn-in day is Wednesday, September 8th. The final turn-in day is Wednesday, September 15th. All orders have to be in by 8:30 a.m. Wednesday to count for prizes that day.
Gymnastics: Gymnastics will begin September 7th. It’s not too late to sign up for gymnastics. Please return your registration form along with your fee by September 14th to our school office. Extra forms are in the office.
T-Shirt Orders: We have various CAC shirts for sale. Order forms are available in the school office and online at www.cacmustangs.org.
PFTA: It’s still not too late to sign up for PFTA. Congratulations to our 5th grade, they won the ice cream party for the most participation.
Fridays: The 6th grade class will sell the flav-or-ice at lunch on Friday. They are 50 cents each.
Flu Mist: Dr. Kim Clinton will be offering the flu mist again this year. Info packets will go home soon. The flu mist will be administered on September 16th.
Room Mothers: Our head room mother, Erin McConnell, would like to meet with all room mothers this Friday, September 3rd, at 8:00 a.m. in the school cafeteria to discuss the Fall Carnival. Anyone who is interested in helping is invited to attend.
WATCH D.O.G.S®: WATCH D.O.G.S® (Dads of Great Students) is an innovative program being used by schools across America which helps them to be positively impacted by the committed involvement of fathers and father-figures in their student’s life. There will be a kickoff meeting Thursday, September 2nd at 7:00 in the church auditorium followed with pizza in the school cafeteria. Look for a information sheet coming home today.
