Mustang Monitor – December 11th

Nearly Ho, Ho, Ho Greetings,

Hoping this finds you well, warm and filled and ready to face a not-so-busy week ahead.  As we wind down for the semester, things to slow a bit.

Some special events coming up beginning with Track Attack on Tuesday (PM) for Mustang Mountain and Wednesday, (AM) for the elementary schools.  Good times good causes and great fun for the kids.  This year will feature (high school at least) a rousing Dodge Ball Tournament.

Saturday, the Mustang Cheerleaders will enter competition for the first time as they travel to Hot Springs for the AAA Game Day Cheer Competition.  Best wishes to the girls and coaches for success and some fun in their effort!

Sunday, a first and an annual highlight.  The Fine Arts Department will combine for and Arts in Winter Day.  Art Department students will have an art show in the Atrium beginning at 1:00 pm.  Word is; some light refreshments will be available as you view the great work by out talented students.  The Art Show will be followed at 2:00 pm with a combined band and choir concert, held in the gym.  Each group will perform some numbers on their own as well as some combined efforts to help get us in the holiday spirit.  We hope you can make both events and support these great groups with your attendance.

Friday will mark the beginning of semester tests for students in grades 9 – 12.  A test schedule is available on the website for your planning.  Remember, semester tests may NOT be taken early.

That is it for now until things change or advance.  Best wishes for a great final 10 days or so before the break.  Please contact us if we may be of help and thank you for your support and interest.
