To confirm a report you may have heard; students will be permitted to attend Friday’s championship games without the absence appearing on their records provided: A – A parent note is required in the office by Thursday and B – The student must check in with me at the stadium on Friday.
We had a good turnout at the OrthoArkansas Physical session on Monday. Thank you for your cooperation. A reminder; for students entering the 7th grade through 12th grade, a recent (less than 1 year) physical is necessary for sports participation in practice, summer sessions or play. If you did not attend Monday’s opportunity and wish to pursue a physical for your child, the mandatory paperwork is on the CAC website under Athletic; Forms and Downloads. Print the documents, complete and send to school with your child.
The only source for a copy of your child’s physical is through CAC’s athletic trainer, Traci Byrd. She is the custodian of the documents. Do not contact the school office or the OrthoArkansas Clinic as neither have access to the documents. Traci’s email is email@example.com; phone number is 501-786-2878. For summer copies, please contact her by June 1 to take care of your needs.
We will close with another Thank You for your support, interest and attention. Give us a shout if we can help you.
