Mustang Monitor: September 3

After the Labor if over Greetings,

I hope you enjoyed you final holiday before Thanksgiving.  It will be here before we know it; especially if succeeding weeks have as many activities as this one.

In addition to some good volleyball action, golf and cross country this week, CAC will host its first on campus football games of the season.  The 7th grade and junior high teams will welcome Pulaski Academy to Mustang Mountain Thursday with the action beginning at 5:30.  A special thanks to the Varsity Cheer Squad who will be operating the concession stand for all home Thursday night games.  Come see some great football and support our Booster Club and cheerleaders with some patronage at the concession stand.

As we begin home athletic action in earnest, I remind you of our admission prices and opportunities:

  • CAC Students receive passes which, when presented, will allow access to all home events.
  • Adult Season Passes are available at the Gate for $125.  It allows access to all on campus, regular season events, all sports, grades 7 – 12.  What a bargain.  (It really is!)
  • Varsity Events – $5.00 per person
  • Sub-Varsity Events – $4.00 per person

Finally, this week will provide for fitting and ordering varsity letter jackets.  Students must have already lettered in a varsity sport.  The package including jacket, letter, sport insert, monogram and sleeve number is $135.  A $50 deposit is REQUIRED for ordering.  Sizing and ordering will take place during lunch on Thursday.

This should wrap it up for now.  I hope to see you tomorrow at some point.  If we may be of help, do not hesitate to give us a shout.  Although, if I’m busy designing the Zippity-Do Gotcha Defense at the game, I might ask you to wait a bit.  Till the next time, be well, be happy and know we appreciate you for your interest and support.
